Terms & Conditions

1. Services Agreement

By engaging IHOR VOLIANCHUK for SEO and advertising services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided on a freelance basis in the United Kingdom.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in GBP or USD as specified
  • Services commence upon receipt of payment
  • Monthly packages are billed in advance
  • Custom requests require 50% deposit before work begins

3. Service Delivery

  • SEO submissions are completed within 5-7 business days
  • Advertising campaigns require 2-3 business days for setup
  • Reports are delivered according to package schedule
  • Client cooperation may affect delivery timelines

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate website and business information
  • Grant necessary access to website/backend when required
  • Respond to requests for information within 48 hours
  • Ensure website content complies with UK laws

5. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to achieve the best results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rates. SEO and advertising results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' notice. Monthly packages will not be prorated for early termination. No refunds for services already rendered.

Refund Policy

Digital Services Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and SEO work, our refund policy is as follows:

No Refunds For:

  • SEO submission services once completed
  • Advertising campaign setup and management fees
  • Analytics and reporting services
  • Monthly subscription packages (partial or full month)
  • Custom requests after work has begun

Refund Requests Considered For:

  • Services not yet started (full refund)
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery (case-by-case)
  • Duplicate payments (full refund)

Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request within 7 days of payment
  2. Provide detailed reason for refund request
  3. Review process takes 5-10 business days
  4. Approved refunds processed within 14 business days

Service Guarantee

Instead of refunds, we offer:

  • Free revisions within 30 days of delivery
  • Additional support to resolve issues
  • Service adjustments to meet your needs

Note: SEO results take time to manifest. Refunds will not be issued based on immediate ranking changes or traffic fluctuations.
